Refund policy

At Shewish, every item is carefully personalized and produced to order just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please review them carefully.

1. Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or misprinted, we will happily take responsibility.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to submit a claim.

No physical return required: To save you time and shipping costs, we usually do not require you to mail the defective item back to us.

How to claim: Simply email us at info@shewish.com with your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

Once verified, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Because each product is custom-made based on your choices and photos, returns and refunds are generally not available for the following situations:

Buyer's remorse or a change of mind.

Incorrect size, color, or model selection made by the customer during ordering.

Low-quality printing caused by low-resolution photos uploaded by the customer.

3. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at info@shewish.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order enters the production and printing process, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or modification.

4. Official Return Address
If a physical return is exceptionally required by our support team, please contact us first for authorization.

Please avoid returning items to the manufacturer's address on the shipping label.
