Thank you for shopping at Shewish. All of our products are custom-made using a Curated Print-on-Demand model, meaning your items are created specifically for you right after you place an order. To bring you the best designs and quality, we ship from partnered warehouses located in both the US and China.

Shipping Costs Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time. Because our curated items are produced by various specialized partners, our shipping costs are tiered based on the total value of your order, rather than a flat rate or weight.

The exact shipping fee is automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your payment. There are no hidden fees.

Estimated Delivery Time Because our curated products are sourced from global specialist facilities, delivery times vary by item. For the most accurate estimate, please refer to the specific delivery time displayed on each individual product's page.

To cover our global fulfillment network, our overall estimated delivery window is:

• Total Delivery Time: 5 to 24 business days (Monday – Friday). This total delivery window includes:

• Production/Handling Time: 2 to 5 business days to manufacture and pack your custom items.

• Transit Time: 3 to 19 business days for the package to be delivered to your door. (Orders shipped from our US warehouses will generally arrive faster, while those from our China facilities may take the full transit time).

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on your specific location and the shipping origin. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather or carrier issues.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Duties and Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon reaching the destination country. These charges, if applied, are the responsibility of the customer.
